My ROES order has been shipped, but it won’t be here on time—what can I do?

Shipping is tricky business! Once your prints leave the lab, it's now in the hands of the shipping carrier to deliver the packge to the final destination. Keep in mind that shipping carriers could run into delays due to high package volume, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete address, customs delay, oversized or special handling, etc. The shipping delivery times are provided by the carriers, so it's very important to view the ROES Turnaround Times to select the proper shipping method.  For a rush fee, there is a Priority Turnaround option available in your "Cart" on ROES to help speed up the production process of your print.  However, you still need to select the shipping method that meets your time frame.

If on the carriers website, the tracking numbers shipping details shows your package isn't going to make it on time, Drop us a line! or contact us by phone 661-200-5300 and our team can work with you on resolving your issue.
