When placing an order on ROES, you will receive two emails confirming your order was received. This is when the production turnaround begins. Production turnarounds vary from product to product, and can be found on our website or within each product catalogue in ROES.
When your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Ground Shipping can take up to 10 business days depending on your location.
