Just click the link in the email, and your scans will download automatically. Because your files will be downloaded as one zip file, a loss of internet connection will require you to restart your download; please make sure you have a steady internet connection and do not let your computer go to sleep
The email address that we use is the same one that you use to login to the Richard Film Site when placing your online order!
If you would like to receive a CD/DVD of your images, you can request one with your order for an additional fee.
