You'll know if we received your order when you get two separate confirmation emails from the lab:
- Subject line: "Thanks for placing your order ###### with Richard!"
- Subject line: "Richard ROES Order R###### Received"
During heavy-ordering times, it can take up to an hour to receive your confirmation emails. It is important that you do not close the ROES application or move/rename your files during the transfer.
If you do not receive your confirmation emails within an hour (don't forget to check your spam folder!), please contact the lab at info@richardphotolab.com—there was most likely an error or connection loss with your order.
