Reference names are pretty important! We use reference names to efficiently track your jobs and distinguish them from each other when you contact the lab. It's easier to remember "Smith Wedding" than order #123456 (though that order number is easy to remember!).
The reference name can be anything that helps you recognize what the order is for (like "Smith Wedding" or "Hawaii Vacation, Fall 2017").
So don't forget to include the reference name when placing your Online Order!
