How do I update my account information?

To change your name, email address, billing/shipping address, or password, please do the following:

  1. Go to and log in to your Richard account.
  2. Click on "Account" in the menu.

  3. Under "My Account" on the left-hand side, select the applicable item below to edit it.

    "Change Address" is where you can change your name, billing address, and shipping address.
    *Remember when changing your shipping address, all previous placed orders will not be updated unless you contact our team to update those orders with your new address

    "Change Email" is where you can change the email address that you use to log in and where your order confirmations and invoices are sent to.

    "Change Password" is where you can change the password used to log in to your account.
