How do I change the address on my account?

To change the address on your account, please do the following:

  1. Go to and log in to your Richard account.
  2. Click on "Account" in the menu.

  3. Under "My Account", select "Change Address". Then, update your billing address.

    If your shipping address is different than your billing address, make sure that the box next to "Shipping is same as billing address" is unchecked in order to edit your shipping address.


  4. To save your new address, click the "Update Address" button at the bottom of the screen.
