Why can’t I upload my images to ROES?

If you are having trouble uploading your images to ROES, double check that your files are JPEGs—ROES does not accept any other file type.

Additionally, do not try to drag-and-drop files into ROES. Instead, click the “Add Images” button (located near the bottom left in all product catalogues) and select your image files when prompted.

If you are on a MAC, please note that ROES will only allow you to upload a folder of images, not individual images.
