My ROES order has been shipped, but it won’t be here on time—what can I do?

Shipping is tricky business! Once your prints leave the lab, it is up to the shipping carrier to deliver your package. Our stated shipping times are based on the delivery windows provided by our carriers—however, delays can occur due to things like high volume, inclement weather, etc. So, we always recommend that you leave wiggle room for the arrival of your package!

In some cases, we may be able to print and overnight a new order to be delivered before your original order will arrive. Please note the product turnaround times stated in ROES. Priority Turnaround is available in your “Cart” in ROES for an additional $10.
