How do I get my film negatives back?

Your processed/scanned negatives (and proof prints, if you ordered them) will be shipped back to you and you can select if you want them expedited back to you when ordering online.

You'll most likely want to use our Standard Shipping option. Overnight and 2nd Day shipping is also available for continental US shipments only (with tracking, hooray!).

Shipments leave the lab via USPS and FedEx mail carriers; we will always choose the best carrier for safe and quick delivery of your individual order.

Additional charges may apply for oversized or overweight packages, including international yearly neg holds.
